All training courses are customised to suit your individual business needs. We adopt a very hands-on and practical approach to training to ensure your staff are well-equipped to deliver caller satisfaction. Particular importance is placed on role plays and real life scenarios. 

Two training options are available:

• On-site training
• Our state of the art call centre training facility in Penrose Wharf in Cork City.The facility is fully equipped with PC's, hand / headsets & CAT 5 points for networking.

Expert Trainers

All of our trainers are highly experienced in designing and delivering tailor-made training solutions to call centre clients. They have delivered programmes all over Ireland to a variety of clients in the financial, beverage and construction industries. They are experts in call centre functionality, both from a strategic and technical point of view.
