Our Remote Support System ensures that you receive a prompt and effective response to most technical difficulties you may be experiencing with your desktop computer.
By simply accessing the 'Remote Help Desk' link on this page, you can alert us of any difficulties you are experiencing. One of our support engineers can then connect to your network, thoroughly investigate the problem and provide a satisfactory solution.
Welcome to the TSG Helpdesk. The Helpdesk is designed to provide customers with a prompt and efficient resolution to most desktop computer problems.

Secure Remote Access To Your Office Network
If you are experiencing problems with your desktop computer, we will direct you to this page. In order to allow us to access your office network and investigate the problem online, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Click on the 'Remote Helpdesk' icon.
- You will be prompted to download the TSG 'Helpdesk' application.
- You will be given the option to 'Run' or 'Save'. Choose 'Run'.
- After this file has downloaded, you will again be asked for confirmation to run the application (typically 15 seconds with broadband).
- The application will then open in a separate window.
- You will be prompted to choose from one of five options to allow us to securely log on to your network.
- Your request for assistance will be entered into our call tracking system and you will be issued with a customer reference number. This number should be quoted in all further dealings with us regarding your query.
- One of our IT experts will thoroughly investigate any problems you are experiencing and provide a prompt and satisfactory solution.
