Cork based IT & telecommunications company Telecom Solutions Group Ltd. (TSG) has officially launched its new corporate website.

WWW.TSG.IE offers enhanced customer support features including a 'Help Desk Client' and 'Client Log-in.

The new site reflects the unprecedented growth the company has experienced since it was established in 2003. It offers detailed information on the various Networking & IT, Web Hosting and Telecommunications services the company now offers SME's nationwide.

Help Desk Client

WWW.TSG.IE now offers customers the benefit of having instant access to a team of support engineers. Clients who are experiencing problems with their desktop computers can simply log on to the website and download the 'Helpdesk Client' application. They can then use this application to alert us of their technical difficulties via the Internet. Once the query is submitted, the call is entered into a call tracking system and clients are issued with a reference number. Our team of support engineers can then securely log onto the client's network, carry out a thorough investigation and provide a satisfactory solution.

Client Log-in

The new 'Client Log-in' feature allows our customers to access an exclusive client-only area of our system. Using their unique client ID, users can gain access to specific company documents and information we have made available to them in a safe and secure environment.
