Our Team

Sean Ware, Director

Sean worked with Telecom Eireann (now eircom) for over 25 years in a variety of roles in both techncial support and sales. His technical experience with the company gave Sean an invaluable insight into the then emerging area of voice and data technology.

As Sales Manager, he was responsible for providing tailored telecoms solutions to a wide variety of clients in the Call Centre sector. His customers included such high profile companies as UPS, Microsoft, Compaq, Fexco, Permanent TSB, EBS and Heineken Ireland. Sean has also acted as an independent consultant, providing expert advice on such areas as voice network analysis, call centre set up and functionality, as well as customised call centre reporting.

In 1998 Sean set up the Penrose Wharf Call Centres (PWCC) in Cork City. Through PWCC Sean has worked on a number of high profile projects setting up contact centres and serviced offices around the country. This included providing full turn-key office accommodation solutions, e.g. setting up customised IT networks, Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) and internet access solutions.

Rory Curtin, Director

A graduate of University College Cork (UCC), Rory has a degree in Chemistry and Mathematics. He began his professional career as IT Technician with PWCC in 1998 and subsequently progressed to the role of IT Manager with the company.

Rory has a strong scientific background as well as a wealth of experience in the area of networking. He has over 10 years professional experience providing customised call centre and networking solutions to a variety of high profile clients. He has undergone considerable ongoing professional training and offers his clients the benefits of his indepth knowledge of all the latest technologies.

Evelyn Doyle

Also a graduate of UCC, Evelyn has a strong professional background in sales, marketing and business & finanacial management. She is currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IT Solutions Ltd. - a successful software development company specialising in call centre technology and computer telephony integration.

Evelyn is also CEO of Dublin-based Call Centre Solutions Ltd. and has previously held senior management postions at Unisys, Guinness and Memory Ireland.

John Finnegan

John is currently Managing Director of Call Centre Solutions. With over 15 years experience in the telecommunications sector, he has worked with companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Minitel Communications Ltd. and IT Solutions Ltd. John has a strong sales background and was instrumental in expanding TSG's business in the greater Dublin area.

Karl Jones

Karl is currently Technical Director at IT Solutions Ltd. He has over 23 years professional experience in the IT industry, having worked on major assignments for industrial, commercial and public sector clients.

Karl has been responsible for the implementation of numerous high profile projects for some of Ireland's best known companies. He was responsible for the re-development of Bank Of Ireland's debit clearing Irish cheque item processing systems. He also undertook the re-development of their clearing sterling and dollar cheque item processing systems.
