Allspace Ltd.

'Established in 1994, Allspace Limited has grown to become Ireland's largest supplier for the hire of portable buildings and the sale of modular and relocatable buildings to the construction, business, leisure and public sectors.

We recently decided to install the 'Goldmine' CRM system into all of our depots across Ireland. This project was seen as a top priority for everyone in Allspace, and the timing of its rollout was considered crucial - we needed every depot to begin capturing information on Goldmine as quickly as possible.

The Munster depot experienced problems immediately and were unable to install the 'Goldmine' programme onto our system. Despite all the best efforts of the IT Department of our parent company in the UK, no solution was to be found, and as a consequence, the roll-out of the 'Goldmine' programme was being held up.

I have worked with TSG in the past, and without hesitation I knew that they were the company we needed to solve our problem. The level of service we received from TSG was outstanding. This service included TSG taking delivery of the affected computer system on the Thursday before the Easter Break, and working on the issue, from home, across the Easter Holidays.

The root cause of the problem was extremely complex and which our own in-house IT Department was unable to identify. However, TSG isolated the problem, found a solution, and were able to get us up and running. I believe that had I not called in TSG, we would still not have the 'Goldmine' system in operation.
